Huge thanks to the Taylor family who brought up a cheque today for a mahoosive £470 that was raised by members of Severn Lodge and their guests! Lovely to meet you all and very special thanks for nominating us to receive this amazing donation xx
Morrison's Kidderminster
Many thanks to Morrison’s in Kidderminster and to their wonderful customers for these great donations, really appreciated by us and our 4 legged friends.
Thanks again everyone for your kindness and generosity

Sharon Burnell
Thank you to Sharon for collecting almost £300 for us. This amazing lady transforms her front room into a Christmas wonderland. Sharon takes over a month to arrange this awesome display and then opens her doors for people to come and visit. You could literally spend hours looking at all the intricate details and even then you would still miss things! Sharon collects donations from people who come to visit and this year the proceeds came to us. Thank you once again - can't wait to visit next year!!

A Huge Thank You & so well done to Higgs & Sons!

the Month

The lovely Hagrid has now finished his assessment and ready to start the lookout to find himself a new home after coming in via another rescue sadly, we have no history on this older boy.

Hagrid definitely would like a quieter home where he can chill out and spend the days cuddling up next to his human, he is very much a companion kind chap!

Out on the lead he soon settles in to his walks after the initial excitement of 'WALKIES!' he then takes his position by your side trotting merrily by your side.

Off in the playpen Hagrid loves to run about and zoom around - specially with a stuffed toy in tow! His excitement can sometimes get the better of him as he can be a little boisterous and jump up so for this reason we would be looking for a home with older or no children (so he doesn't accidentally knock them over!).

We would be looking for a home where there are no other dogs, he seems disinterested by some of our chilled out residents however he gets a bit overwhelmed by higher energy ones and doesn't like other dogs in his face.

Hagrid is an affectionate boy who does like his cuddles and fuss equally as much as stuffed toys!

Not cat tested and no young children.

If you think you can offer HAGRID the home he so deserves, please contact the kennels on

Thank you!
